Here at ROC we work very closely with parents, teachers and other educational staff to identify behaviors in the school environment that need to be increased or decreased to maximize the full potential of all students.

This includes:

• Individualized education programming (IEP)

• Functional behavior assessments (FBA)

• Development of behavior intervention plans (BIP)

We also work closely with schools to develop and maintain effective special education programs.

This includes:

• Assisting schools in developing special education programs grounded in evidence based practices.

• Continued consultation to ensure that the program remains consistent and on par with industry standards.

• Ongoing training for staff members involved in the program.
